FSI Terms and Conditions

- Scope and Applicability: These terms and conditions apply to the delivery of all documents and parcels by the FSI delivery to the shipper.
- Accuracy of Information: The shipper is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the documents and parcel content, shipper address, and any other relevant details. FSI will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the shipper.
- Prohibited/Restricted Items: FSI does not allow delivery of items such as illegal drugs; pirated items; guns; any explosive and flammable substance; cash; cheques; gift certificates; and other items prohibited and restricted by the government.
- Delivery Time and Method: FSI will make reasonable efforts to deliver the documents and parcels within the agreed timeframe. However, factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, may affect the delivery time. FSI reserves the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method, considering factors like cost, speed, and security.
- Delivery Address and Shipper: The shipper must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. FSI is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses. If no one is available to receive the documents or parcels at the specified address, FSI may attempt to deliver them again or store them for a limited period before returning them to the sender.
- Documents and Parcels Security: Both FSI and the shipper must ensure that the documents or parcels are secure at all times. FSI will take reasonable precautions to protect the documents or parcels during transit. However, the shipper is responsible for securing the documents or parcels upon receipt.
- Liability and Insurance: FSI will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or theft of the documents and parcels during transit unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the FSI riders. The shipper may opt for additional insurance coverage at an extra cost.
- Return of Unclaimed Documents and Parcels: If the documents remain unclaimed after a reasonable period, FSI reserves the right to return them to the sender or dispose of them responsibly.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by FSI. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the said jurisdiction.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the shipper agrees to abide by them and acknowledges that they have read and understood the provisions outlined above.
Non-Refundable Delivery Payment Policy

- Purpose: Our company aims to provide timely and efficient delivery services to our customers. In order to ensure that our delivery services are utilized effectively and efficiently, we have implemented a non-refundable policy for delivery payment.
- Scope: This policy applies to all customers who book our delivery services and pay for the delivery fee.
- Policy: Once a customer pays for the delivery fee, it is non-refundable. This means that the customer will not be eligible for a refund or credit for the delivery fee, regardless of the circumstances.
- Acceptance: By paying for the delivery fee, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this non-refundable policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
- Changes: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
